· FABRICATION

At our Lincoln headquarters, we have 16,000 square feet of fabrication and support workshops in a 1.9 acre site.

Our in-house facilities include: MMA, TIG and MIG welding, Press Brake, Guillotine, Rolling, Profiling, Circular and Horizontal Band Saws, Drilling, Punching & Cropping.

In addition, we can call on a whole network of trusted sub-contractors to allow fabrication of anything you require, to Ermine Engineering’s exacting standards.

· SITE INSTALLATION

In today’s construction world, safety on site is paramount. We've teams of experienced site personnel, all trained and in possession of the Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS) card. We are therefore able to work on major contractor’s sites throughout the country. All necessary health and safety documentation is provided, including risk assessments and method statements. Just because we're equipped for major sites doesn't mean that we can’t look after smaller and individual jobs equally well. For domestic staircase installation, you can be confident that we'll adopt a professional, clean and tidy approach to our work.

 

· STRUCTURAL & TRIMMING STEELWORK

Ermine Engineering can take care of structural elements of your building, working from designs provided or providing full design services. We can provide sections, fabricated, drilled and painted if required for self-installation, or a complete supply and install service.

· FACILITIES MAINTENANCE

Keeping your premises properly maintained, safe and secure is vital, and Ermine Engineering can help. Many clients trust us to look after minor repairs to production lines, security equipment, loading docks etc, knowing that we offer a fast response, reliable service and fair pricing without the need for constant supervision and checking of our workmanship. Whatever you need, we will provide the facilities to take care of your facilities.

· MACHINE SHOP

For those short-run or one-off specials, repairs and refurbishments, we maintain our own machine shop to keep lead times to a minimum. Our skilled craftsmen ensure that you suffer minimum downtime for repairs and reduced lead time when you need something unique.


 

· STEEL STOCKHOLDING

We always maintain an extensive stock of popular steel sections so that lead times are kept to a minimum. If you are local to the Lincoln area, we can supply all your needs, cut to size, and with payment by credit card if required.
